WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being permitted to participate in activities organized, operated, or sponsored by Valley Life Athletics (the "Releasee"), I, the undersigned participant (the "Releasor"), acknowledge and agree as follows: I fully understand that participation in athletic and recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, and accept full responsibility for my participation. I hereby waive, release, and discharge Valley Life Athletics, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities of any kind, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, that may result from or relate to my participation in these activities. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasee from any loss, damage, or expense (including attorney’s fees) incurred as a result of any claim made by me or on my behalf. I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I have read, understood, and freely agreed to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability. This release shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, and assigns. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
