This league provides  players the opportunity to refine their skills, grow in discipline, and compete at the highest level—all while having fun and building lifelong friendships.

Our 3-week season is built to maximize competition while ensuring every player has the opportunity to improve and showcase their talent.

📅 Week 1 - COMBINE
   •    Kick off the season with high-energy WITH WEEING EXACTLY WHERE YOU ARE ATHLETICALLY!!!! 40TIME VERTICAL HEIGHT WEIGHT AND DRILLS 

 

📅 Week 2 - Matchup Play
   •    Teams go head-to-head in intense competition to earn their spot in the championship bracket.

 

📅 Week 3 - Matchup Play
   •    Final week of regular matchups where teams fight for positioning in the Championship Round.

 

🏆 CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK🏆
   •    The top teams battle it out for ultimate bragging rights, trophies, and the Valley Life Championship title!
